SUMMARY:Membership Records
DESCRIPTION:The Tyee Club of British Columbia is currently updating Membership Records.  The online data collection will occur until the beginning of the 2019 season; afterwards Sean Kelly will make sure that records are updated during the season. \nThe desire is to have accurate club records for new communication initiatives that are currently being developed.  The Executive and Director’s wish to regularly update the Membership using the Website\, Facebook\, and Newsletter Emails. \nThe First phase of the initiative involved asking Members to fill in the form below and return it via email to the Membership Committee. \nMember Record Update Initiative \n \nThe Second phase of the initiative involved asking Members to update their Membership profile (same information in in the first phase) online using the instructions included in Newsletter #1.  Since our Membership list is incomplete\, we could only reach out to Member’s who emails are known and active.  There are 150+ Member emails that need to be updated. \nThe Third and hopefully final phase of the initiative will occur during the 2019 Tyee Club season\, involving data collection procedures being developed and implemented by Sean Kelly. \nIf you know of a Member that did not receive Tyee Club Newsletter #1\, please have them fill out the above Membership Information Form and return it to the Membership Committee. \nLet’s make this a successful initiative\, while means that all Member’s become involved!
